Ask AI conversation text and drafts stay only in the memory of the open page. They are not saved in cookies or browser storage and disappear when you close, change or reload the page. The website removes conversation data saved in browser storage by an earlier version when the current Ask AI script starts.
Optional analytics
With your consent, the website loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-95RWC1H6Y4) to understand website use. The Google tag can set first-party cookies with names beginning _ga to distinguish browsers and sessions. Their configured lifetime is 12 months from creation. GA4 standard properties offer retention settings of 2 or 14 months for user-level and event-level data. User identifiers may be renewed on new activity depending on the property setting; standard aggregated reports may remain available longer.
Analytics is off when you first visit. Rejecting optional cookies keeps the Google tag unloaded. If you withdraw consent after accepting it, the website stops further analytics collection, removes the analytics cookies it can control and reloads the page. You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer.
Opening the external booking service, WhatsApp, maps or review websites may involve cookies set by those services under their own policies. The Downtown Ferrara pages do not load their widgets automatically.
